⦁ We will prepare a land purchase contract for you to sign and email back to us.

⦁ Upon sending back the contract to us we’ll ask for an earnest money deposit.

Do you charge pre-payment penalties?

No, you can pay off your balance at any time with no penalty or fees charged to you.

Do you do credit checks?

No, we do not do credit checks.

When will I receive the deed for the property?

After your final payment has cleared and your property is paid-in-full, we will begin the process of preparing the deed in your name.  We will send you a copy of the drafted deed for approval.  Once you approve, we will record the deed with the county.  Some counties are backed up and take a couple months to get the recorded deed back to you.

Do I need an attorney or a real estate agent?

No, you do not need an attorney. We use an attorney/title company to prepare the needed documents, so you do not need an attorney or real estate agent.
